There’s excitement brewing about our upcoming Social, featuring goodness from Superbrothers and Capybara. See here for the deets! Added attraction: the elusive Torontron will be making an appearance.

We have added two features to the site, which you will see along the masthead at the top. Firstly, a calendar of events of interest to Toronto game enthusiasts — from informal street hockey games to the GDC to our bimonthly Socials. Secondly, we’ve also added a Gamemaking Help Wanted/Offered page.

Also, a hearty “hello!” to our new members. (Mr. Emilio Pepe-Incerto had the random luck to be our 100th, for which he wins a sincere high-five to be redeemed in person.) After you’ve logged in you can now post items of interest to the Toronto games community via the Dashboard — keep in mind that you should categorize it as “chit-chat”, and that when you publish it it will also go out as an email to over a hundred people. Please keep an eye out for our volunteer opportunities posts to fulfill your pledges, and feel free to offer suggestions for stuff we could be doing or could be doing better!
