December’s Wordplay Came and Went Newsletter
Wow, November took a lot out of the Hand Eye Society team. Why, you may ask? Because we had the biggest, best-ist Wordplay Festival we’ve ever had! It was so amazing to see so many people come together to play games, watch talks and talk to each other about goals, games and everything in between. We’re so happy we were able to pull this off and make it accessible for folks to tune in from around the world! Thanks again to Hand Eye Society staff, volunteers, members and friends for making this happen! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! We’re so happy with the results and we can’t wait to do more on an online platform!
We would love to welcome everyone to our official Hand Eye Society Discord channel! Join us! Hang out! Chat!
Stay safe and have a wonderful holiday season! ā„ļø

I love this so much.
Marvel's Spider-Man PS4 (2018) was hard to play for my legally blind/low vision fiance. Watching him play the remaster, and Miles Morales #ps5 has been extraordinary, thanks to our features that help low vision players! Accessiblity is important. pic.twitter.com/SLmYG8dVb2

Normalize hiring people on short-term contract for a trial period instead of extensive coding tests and six month long interviews.

Where’s my French at? Are you a game developer whose game is about to launch and for which you want to do a multilingual release?
Are you now thinking of localizing to increase your market and revenue, now that your game has shipped?
Are you still in development, and feeling stuck because the grant you are applying for requires you to offer a French version?
