PC Power Play wrote about Cellar Door Games’ Rogue Legacy.

Capy’s Super Time Force saw lots of awesome media coverage. This list includes IndieGames, Gaming Illustrated, as well as Kotaku. And why not add one more? Adam Sessler called Super Time Force one of his favourite games at PAX. If that wasn’t enough, Super Time Force  also got added to GDC Next 10 series.

Drinkbox Studio’s Guacamelee! was nominated for a Golden Joystick Award. Want more Guac? Check out 411Mania’s column about it.

DMG Member Soha El-Sabaawi talks about the workshop she co-hosted about race and ethnicity in games on the Medium Rare podcast.

Rollers of the Realm’s and Phantom Compass’s David Evan was interviewed, as well.

Everyone loves Torontaru! Including Joystiq.

Gaming Intelligence Agency has collected an amazing array of articles on Christine Love’s Hate Plus.

Which is being ported to iOS by the guys at Golden Gear Games, so don’t forget to keep an eye out for that!

At this year’s FanExpo, there was a #1ReasonWhy panel, which received coverage by Paper Droids.

Asteroid Base gave a talk at iFest in Sydney, as well.

Cool Stuff To Look Out For

It’s also an exciting year for Gamercamp as it’s their 5th year running! So buy your pass (which is on sale now) for the early November fest, and check out the Salon Series talks, featuring Nels Anderson (Mark of the Ninja), Jill Murray (Assassin’s Creed IV), and Alexander Bruce (Antichamber).

Check out Hinterland Studio’s Kickstarter campaign for The Long Dark, a first-person post-disaster survival sim. If they meet the hit $100k by October 2nd, they’re unlocking Oculus Rift support at their base funding level!

Help Wanted/Offered Posted in Sept.

If anyone needs a 3D Artist, I’m eager to help!

I am looking to assist with audio implementation software such as FMOD, Wwise.

I am a designer and illustrator. Looking for anything from paid to internship.

I’m a novice programmer who’s not that great but I’m working on it, I’m fairly familiar with unity.

If there’s any November events or Toronto video games news, releases, and rad media coverage you want shared, don’t hesitate to pass it along to Kaitlin via email or on Twitter.
